PROFESSIONALISM

We are a professional establishment. Massage services will be terminated immediately if a client makes any inappropriate advances, requests or threats.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using https://stretch-flo.com (“the Site”) operated by Stretchflo (“us”, “we,” or “our”) and for participation in activities at our Stretchflo Studio (“Facility”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and for your participation of activities at our Facility. Furthermore, please take note that we will be integrating a third-party partner, Acuity (“the App”) to facilitate the booking of classes and sessions.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By participating in any activities and usage of amenities in the Facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement. These Terms of Service set forth the legally binding terms for use of the Stretchflo Studio’s services. You are only authorized to use the Stretchflo Studio’s services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms of Service.

CONFIRMATIONS

As most of our services are booked in early, we request that all bookings be confirmed 24 to 72 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. Our booking system automatically sends out a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment via email.

Please note that we will do our best to hold your bookings for as long as possible, but reserve the right to cancel appointments that remain unconfirmed 24 hours before their scheduled time (48 hours on weekends and public holidays). We will, of course, attempt to contact you via WhatsApp or telephonically should the event occur. Unreachable clients who wish to keep their unconfirmed appointments are advised to contact their respective studio before making their way over.

CANCELLATIONS

At Stretchflo, we try to be as flexible as possible. All we ask is that you reschedule or cancel your appointments well in advance, so that other clients may benefit from that availability. Kindly make any changes (rescheduling/service changes/cancellations) at least 12 hours in advance. 

Clients with a history (three times or more over six months) of last-minute cancellations, changes or no-shows will be required to pay for their subsequent bookings in advance in order to secure their slots.

Our grace period for late-comers is 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the duration allocated to complete your service). Please arrive early for your appointment as late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to accommodate other customers fairly and respectfully. If you are running late, please inform us telephonically or via WhatsApp before your appointment. We will do our best to provide a complete service within the remaining time, and seek your understanding should it be otherwise.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Stretchflo Studio reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions by updating the terms on the Site at our sole discretion. The Agreement may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By your continued use of the Site, buying Stretchflo Studio packages, booking classes, buying merchandise, your communication with Stretchflo Studio, and your use of and attendance of Stretchflo Studio, constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement, or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.

ACCOUNTS

You will have to create an account on the Acuity App in order to access your account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all the activities that occur on your account and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately, should you notice any breach of security or unauthorized use or access of your account. You may never use another person’s account without permission.

MEMBER SERVICES & POLICIES

  1. Buying Packages
    – You must create an account on Acuity before any package can be purchased. You may purchase a package online, or directly at our studios. The package will commence one month from the date of purchase after a confirmation email of the purchase has been sent to your account email.
     
     
  2. Class Cancellations
    – You may cancel your class booking via your registered account on the Acuity app or drop an email to meg@stretch-flo.com. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the credit will NOT be refundable. The 12-hour cancellation period is also applicable for cancellations made via email.
     
  3. Class Reservations
    – All class reservations must be done through our third party online class booking system. You must be physically present within the studio 5 minutes before the commencement of the reserved class. If you are late and the reserved class has commenced, you will be denied access into the class as safety concern is our number one priority in the studio and your class credit will be deducted.

     
  4. Personal Belongings
    – You agree that Stretchflo Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings when you are present in the studio. You assume your own personal responsibility and all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.

STUDIO RULES & REGULATIONS

You shall adhere to the rules of Stretchflo Studio within the Facility and the classes conducted with the equipment in the Facility.

You must be physically present and checked in at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot may be released to a waitlist member. We practice a strict closed-door policy whereby entry to the class will NOT be permitted once the class doors are closed. This is to ensure the safety of all members as in-class safety briefing is conducted 5 minutes before class starts.

Reserved classes must be changed or cancelled 6 hours before the scheduled class time or your credit will be forfeited.

By participating in our classes, you hereby agree that you are physically fit and well to participate. You are solely responsible to seek medical advice if required prior, to decide whether or not the Facility or the classes would be suitable for you, having regards to your personal health condition. By participating in our classes, you agree to adhere to the instructions given by our Instructors during class.

We will not be liable for any failure to obtain access to our Facility or usage of the Facility beyond the reasonable control of Stretchflo Studio. Any refund of the usage fee will be subject to the sole discretion of Stretchflo.

CLASSES, CLASS PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS

  • Purchases of classes, Class Packages and Memberships can be made online on the Acuity Website or through the Acuity App. If you choose to make a payment using credit/debit cards through the Acuity Website or App, please note that a card fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable. Alternatively, payments can be made in studio for classes, Class Packages and Memberships. All upfront payment (12 months unlimited & student 6 months unlimited) needs to be paid via bank transfer (PayNow) only. We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard if you make your purchase through the Stretchflo Website or App. We only accept PayNow payment if you make your purchase in studio. All passes, Class Packages and Memberships will start on the first day you make your first class booking. You can view all Stretchflo classes and class prices on the Acuity App or Stretchflo Website.

You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or sell them outside of Stretchflo. Any classes or Class Packs that have been purchased anywhere other than Stretchflo will not be honored.

Class expiration

The expiration dates of your Class Packages can be found under the ‘Orders > Packages’ section on the Acuity Website and the Acuity App. The validity will also be clearly stated on your Class Packages purchase receipt. These validities vary based on Class Pack sizes. We will send an email notification to your profile a month before the expiration of your package.  

Future class prices are subject to change, however, Stretchflo will honor your class or series of classes until the expiration date and no longer.

For Trial pass & Promo packages

  • strictly non-extendable, non-shareable, non-transferable & non-refundable.
     

For Class Packages

  • strictly non-shareable & non-refundable.
  • to freeze or extend your package due to medical condition or travel plans, do provide a doctor’s note or flight tickets respectively.
  • you may transfer class pack in full to another person at a processing fee of $50. if the package is bought at a discounted rate which the transferee is not entitled to, he/she will have to top up the difference.
     

For Memberships

  • all memberships paid monthly are non-refundable in part or full after auto-draft has gone through under any circumstances.
  • membership commences on the date of sign up and amount will be charged on that date of month each month unless otherwise discussed.
  • memberships paid upfront are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • all memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month to month. for cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify us via email at meg@stretch-flo.com at least one month prior and there will be an early termination fee of $200 if you decide to cancel your membership before the contract expires.
  • Card fees apply for monthly recurring auto-debit.
  • Please note that we are unable to backdate any package/ membership freeze requests. members must request for membership freeze or extension in advanced for the desired time.


RETAIL & MERCHANDISE

All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable at Stretchflo. All merchandise, with the exception of sale items (if any), may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date, as long as the product is unused and unsoiled, with all tagging still intact. 

WAIVER & RELEASE

The below section refers to Waiver & Release which takes effect upon when you have registered an account with Stretchflo Studio using our third party partner, Acuity.

In consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating in the classes or stretch/massage sessions provided Stretchflo (hereinafter the “Activity”), I hereby knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity.

As a client of Stretchflo, you agree to hold Stretchflo harmless from all liability and risks associated with the Activity, both known and unknown to me, performed at our Facility, and acknowledge that you have completed our client record form to the best of your ability and will discuss with your therapist/teacher prior to your session any treatments or medication that you are currently undergoing or may undergo, any existing or future health conditions that may be problematic.

This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for the duration of my participation in the Activity, during this initial and all subsequent events of participation.

I hereby release and waive any claims, any loss, liability, or demand, that I may have hereafter against Stretchflo, its owner, employees, and instructors.

Stretchflo reserves the right to refuse service to any person demonstrating inappropriate, abusive or hostile behaviour.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site contains material, such as software, text, graphics, images, designs, sound recordings, audiovisual works, and other material provided by or on behalf of the Company [collectively referred to as the “Content”].

The Content may be owned by the Company or authorised third parties. Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. The use or posting of the Content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos of the Company used and displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of the Company. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the aforementioned marks without our prior written permission specific for each such use.

No Content shall be retransmitted or reproduced in any other form whether electronically or printed without the Company’s express, written consent for each and every instance.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore.
