Trauma Healing Experience (1.5hrs)

This session is a gentle yet powerful journey inward.
We begin with a 30-minute consultation, where I take the time to truly understand you, your story, and what your body has been holding onto.

From there, we move into a 60-minute guided practice combining practical qigong, breathwork, and meditation. This is where the real shift happens — releasing stored tension, reconnecting with your body, and allowing emotions to move safely and naturally.

This isn’t just relaxation… it’s a reset for your nervous system, a space to feel, release, and return to yourself.
